- I live in the dry heat of Arizona with 3 lovely wee-ones and one amazing husband.

- My laundry haunts me . . . . daily.
- I Really like cooking for people. I don't know if it's because it's like giving something I touched and made myself to someone, or because people like me when I feed them. Either way it makes me smile and the people I feed seem to be happy too.
- I like super healthy things. Raw diets intrigue me. However I can sometimes be found devouring a hot dog. My diet is somewhat of an enigma wrapped in bacon, but it sounds good.
- I try to make a lot of gluten free dishes and treats because the guy from the beginning of the list runs better that way.
- I have a Meyer lemon tree in my backyard that I dearly love. I think I shall call her Lady Limonata.
- Everyday I try really hard to be a reflection of God's love. Glorifying Him, walking in truth, and seeking His will. It goes without saying that some days I do better than others.
- I am very ashamed to admit that I do not like tomatoes. I try them twice a year just to be sure. Presently they are still icky. I'll let you know after the next trial where I stand on the whole tomato thing.
To sum it up, I'm one blessed lady, who digs salads and her husband, has 3 of the most beautiful children, names her lemon tree, tries hard to be good, and has a shameful distaste for ripe tomatoes. I'm so glad we met. Feel free to leave me a comment, send me an email, and try a recipe or two.
